Coming West of the Jordan

I've noticed a lot more Jordanian cars around lately. Well let's say, I never noticed any Jordanian cars in Israel before. And this week, I saw two within a few hours of each other. One was parked at Hadassah Hospital, alongside everyone else. The second was in Eastern Gush Etzion driving on the wrong side of the road coming right in front of me. B'H we moved as far to the right as possible without falling off the road or running into the ravine.
So, what's up with all these Jordanian cars suddenly?
